SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All items shipped will be sent using a Tracked/Signed Service. Our delivery time frames are an estimate, some services can be quicker or longer than others, and times of the year like Christmas may affect delivery times as well, but we will do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The goods need to be returned within 28 days from delivery date - (Return address can be found on the contact us page). Under these circumstances the return postage will be paid by the customer.
If incorrect goods are received we will act quickly to rectify your order, we would require you to send us the incorrect goods, and once received we will then send you the correct parts.
Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in a mutually beneficial manner.
